Growing up amidst the vineyards of Sonoma County instilled in him a profound respect for the land and the artistry involved in crafting exceptional wines. He pursued his passion with vigor, earning a degree in Viticulture and Enology from California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo, where he honed his understanding of both the scientific and artistic aspects of winemaking. Experiences working harvests in renowned cellars across California further solidified his commitment to producing wines of character and distinction, showcasing a dedication to both traditional techniques and innovative approaches.

Now at the helm of his label, Dylan is focused on crafting small-lot, terroir-driven wines that express the unique character of select vineyards. He believes in minimal intervention winemaking, allowing the fruit to speak for itself, and prioritizes sustainable practices in both the vineyard and the cellar. His wines reflect a deep understanding of grape varietals and a keen sense of place, showcasing balance, elegance, and a true expression of the vintage.
